Where does Brow Rehab Cosmetics ship?

We currently only ship to Norway. 

We are currently working to bring our products to all of Scandinavia! Tag us @browrehabcosmetics to let us know where YOU live!

When will Brow Rehab Cosmetics ship my order?

We ship out orders every Tuesday and Thursday (these days can vary if holidays occur). Depending on the time of year, it can take up to 1 week for orders to be delivered via post. We ask that you allow 1 week's time before emailing us if your order has not yet arrived.

Can I track my Brow Rehab Cosmetics order?

Yes! Every online order has a tracking code that we send to you via email the day we send out orders. You can use this code on https://tracking.bring.com/index.html to see where your package is and the estimated delivery time.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Brow Rehab Cosmetics purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for browrehabcosmetics.com purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned in new condition, with a non-broken seal. Brow Rehab Cosmetics monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.

BY LAW, WE CANNOT RETURN MAKEUP PRODUCTS IF THE SEAL HAS BEEN BROKEN. IN OUR BROW COLLECTION, ONLY THREE OF OUR PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED:

TINTED BROW INK (SHADES BRUNETTE, DEEP BRUNETTE AND DARK TAUPE) COMES WITH A PLASTIC SEAL. IF THE SEAL HAS NOT BEEN BROKEN, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THIS PRODUCT OR ISSUE A REFUND.

#BROWPORN CLEAR GEL COMES BOX-PACKAGED. A RETURN/REFUND OF THIS PRODUCT CAN BE ACCEPTED IF THE BOX IS OPEN, HOWEVER, A RETURN/REFUND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE BROW GEL ITSELF HAS BEEN OPENED AND/OR USED.

THE GOLDEN TWEEZER CAN BE RETURNED AND REFUNDED.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS ARE NOT PRODUCED WITH A SEAL AND THUS, CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.


Online Purchases
Online purchases can be returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to our headquarters in Oslo (Holbergs gate 30 0166 Oslo, Norway).

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

♦ When you return your purchase to Brow Rehab Cosmetics by mail and we receive your item within 7 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
♦ For Brow Rehab Cosmetics products returned in store, rather than by mail, refunds are only provided if the product is returned within 7 days of purchase, and you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If you paid with gift card, you will receive a full refund in cash form.


Return Procedures
1. Online Returns by Mail
♦ Contact us by e-mail: ordre@browrehabcosmetics.com with a description of the reason of return as well as your address and phone number. We will then send a new package for you to send your products back in.
♦ Package your returning item in the manufacturer's product box, which will already be addressed to our flagship location in Oslo (Holbergs gate 30 0166 Oslo, Norway).
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed, when it is approved and when your refund is on the way.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments cannot be tracked. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. 2. Online Returns to Store Locations
Visit us at our headquarters at Holbergs gate 30 0166 Oslo, Norway to return an item purchased from www.browrehabcosmetics.com, or in store, within 7 days of purchase.

♦ Please bring the receipt and credit card you used to place your order.


Gift Returns
If you are returning a Brow Rehab Cosmetics gift that you received by mail and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, before mailing the return please email us at ordre@browrehabcosmetics.com to set-up the gift return under your account.

Write "I am returning a gift" on the box that is sent to you via mail. Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time on www.browrehabcosmetics.com. You may also email us at ordre@browrehabcosmetics.com to redeem your online store credit.

Brow Rehab Cosmetics In-store Purchases
Brow Rehab Cosmetics in-store purchases may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase with a receipt or gift receipt at our headquarters location (Holbergs gate 30 0166 Oslo, Norway) in exchange for a refund in the same form of payment as your purchase was made, we do not accept mail returns for merchandise originally purchased at a retail location.

For receipted or verified returns made after the 7 day policy, we do have the right to deny refund or store credit.

Brow Rehab Cosmetics merchandise credit does not have an expiration date, cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold and can only be used at Sephora stores (not at www.browrehabcosmetics.com or through Customer Service). Brow Rehab Cosmetics merchandise credit will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different shade for any reason, send us an email at ordre@browrehabcosmetics.com 

We do ask that you do not open any packaging and/or break the seal on any products before exchanging. If this occurs, we have the right to deny an exchange.

If you have opened packaging or broken the seal of a product, send us an email at ordre@browrehabcosmetics.com before sending it back.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards are only valid for online purchases (NOT IN ANY STORE LOCATIONS). If you accidentally purchase a gift card via our Brow Rehab Cosmetics online store meant for Brow Rehab Salons appointments, please send us an email at ordre@browrehabcosmetics.com
